INSTRUCTIONS:

1.GO TO CWM/TWRP 

2.Wipe System/data/cache/dalvik
3.Select "Install a Zip from Sdcard"
4.Select "choose a zip file from Sdcard"

5.Select your downloaded ROM.zip and "Yes"

6.Now, Select "install a Zip from Sdcard" again

7.Select "choose zip from sdcard" again

8.Select download PATCH.zip and "Yes"

9.Reboot and enjoy your New ROM.. !!!
